A 30-minute virtual session with Certified Reiki Master can create subtle or obvious changes. You may feel a sensation of energy - tingling, heat, calmness, or relaxation come over you. Reiki Practitioner will ask for consent and reiki energy can be directed to one area of physical, mental, emotional areas, or certain parts of the body. You may need reiki for emotional, spiritual, or physical healing and relaxation.
