Raw Avocado Salad Dressing – from Bill Barlow

Raw Avocado – Garlic Creamy Salad Dressing




2/3 – Cup Brazil or Almond Nuts
(Soaked in pure water for 8 Hours and drained)
4 – Complete Garlic Cloves
1/2 – Lemon “Squeezed” 
3/4 – Cup “Approx” Pure Water
1 – Large Avocado
1 – Complete Bunch Cilantro Leaves
1 – Pinch Himalayan Sea Salt

In a food processor or high speed blender “Vitamix – Blendtec” grind nuts down as much as you can. Then add Garlic, Lemon Juice, half of the water, and Cilantro to ground nuts and blend again. Once blended well add Avocado and blend more. If the consistency needs more water add more water now. Salt and Season to taste. Put in covered bowl in refrigerator for two hours before serving. Great with Salad, and Dehydrated Snacks.
